Meanwhile, technologies that have been developed and improved significantly have changed people’s life styles in the recent decade. The original design for intelligent building label needs to be re-reviewed to see if it fits the users’ demands. The study goal is to determine the priority for intelligent building label based on users’ demands. The literature review and expert interviews summarized 7 aspects with 30 factors that construct the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaire. The target subjects are experts, who have worked on related issues for over 5 years. Based on convenient sampling, there are 20 effective returns for further analyses. The results show that top three aspects are disaster prevention and safety, energy saving management, and system integration, respectively; and the top three important factors are fire-prevention system, surveillance system, and security system. Although fire prevention is still the most important factor, the findings highlighted that energy saving management is a new trend and needs builders to pay more attention in the future.
