Randomly selectedsample from the public elementary school teachers among 64 lementaryschools inTaiwan for 2017 aca-demic year were invited for thequestionnaire survey. A total of 700 questionnaires weredistributed, and567 valid question-naires were retrieved with the recovery rate at 81.0%. After collecting questionnaires and compiling data, weused SPSSand AMOS for frequency distribution, percent-age,mean, standarddeviation, t-test, one-wayANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, MultipleRegression and Struc-tural Equation Modeling. The majorfindings of the study were as follows: 1. The situation that Taiwan elementary school teachers getthe idea of principal's curriculum leadership, teach-er’sinnovative teaching, andteacher’s teaching effectiveness is above the middle degree. 2. Different background change teachers in universityeducation, language, grade, junior, participating in thecommunity, large schools and Eastern District and otherEastern District and other curriculum leadership, teacherinnovation teaching and teacher teaching effectiveness. 3. There is a significant positive correlation between theprin-cipal's curriculum leadership, teacher's innovativeteaching and teacher's teaching effectiveness. 4. Principal curriculum leadership can enhance teachers' In-novative teaching and effectively predict teachers'teaching efficiency. 5. The structural equations of the principal's curriculumlead-ership, teacher's innovative teaching and teacher'steaching effectiveness are well adapted.
