Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 107 === The study aimed to investigate students of industrial Skills-based Senior High School internship satisfaction on the Employment Oriented Program and career planning. A total of 477 students taking part in the emplyment oriented program, chosen from thirteen Skills-based Senior High Schools in Taiwan, are invited to participate in this study. A questionnaire is conducted to all these participants. Among the questionnaires collected, 461 copies are valid; the effective response rate is 96.6%. The valid questionnaires ware then dealed with by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe compare afterward. The results of the analyses can be summarized as follows: First, students of industrial Skills-based Senior High Schools are satisfied with the off-campus internship in the Employment Oriented Program, and students will choose to work in the correlated industry. Second, due to the differences in students’ academic performance, family’s socioeconomic status, school location and types of departments, there are significant differences in internship satisfaction on the employment oriented program between students of Industrial in skills-based senior high school students. Third, due to the differences in students’ academic performance, parents’ educational expectation and school classification, there are significant differences in career planning between students of Industrial in skills-based senior high school students. Fourth, this study revealed a positive correlation between skills-based senior high school students’ internship satisfaction on the employment oriented program and their career planning. Based on the findings of this research, it is hoped that the research can offer further suggestions for educational organizations, skills-based senior high schools, students, and the future research.
