The participants of this study were come from teachers of junior high schools in Changhua County, Ministry of Education in academic year 2018 to 2019. In the way of stratified random sample, the research randomly sent out 640 questionnaires. 597 of the 603 retrieved questionnaires were valid and the effective response rate was 93.28%. The collected data was analyzed by statistical methods, the results were as follows: 1.Teachers of the junior high school in Changhua County have above the average on adaptive group instruction teaching support and teaching effectiveness. 2.Young teachers, “full-time” teachers , teachers serving in urbam school, who have higher adaptive group instruction teaching support. 3.Young teachers and teachers with certain teaching experi-ence, serving “full-time” teachers, having an adaptive group instruction experience for 2 to 3 years, and serving in urbam school, who have higher adaptive group instruction teach-ing effectiveness. 4.Junior high shool teachers in Changhua County who have above the average postively correlated between the adaptive group instruction teaching support and teaching effective-ness .
