Summary:博士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among principals’ leadership style, teachers’ professional commitment, school organization health and school organization execution of skill-based senior high school. It mainly adopted the research method, through the literature discussion, expert review and pre-test analysis, established research tools, and then took the sample of skill-based senior high school teachers in Taiwan as the research object, and conducted a sample survey. The total effective sample of the questionnaire was 571, and finally statistics Analysis and test. The final conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The leadership style of skill-based senior high school principals was based on transformational leadership, teacher's professional commitment, school organization health, and school organization execution were in a good state. 2. The teachers’ professional commitment in skill-based senior high school will vary according to the degree of education, service years and positions, and teachers with master's and doctor's degree, seniority and administrative positions have higher professional commitments. 3. The teachers’ professional commitment to skill-based senior high school will vary according to the type of school, the size of the school and the seniority of the principal. It is a large-scale public school and is the new principals. Teachers have high professional commitment. 4. The school organization health in skill-based senior high school will vary according to teachers' age, education level, service years, and positions. A teacher who are older, have a master's or doctoral degree, and are more senior and have administrative positions, think that school organization health condition is better. 5. The school organization health in skill-based senior high school will vary according to the type of school, the size of the school and the seniority of the principal. It is a large-scale public school and is the new school principals. The school organization health is better. 6. The school organization execution of skill-based senior high school will vary according to teachers' age, education level, service years, and positions. The teachers who are older, have a master's or doctoral degree, and are more senior and have administrative positions, It is considered that the degree of execution of school organizations is relatively high. 7. The school organization execution of skill-based senior high school will vary according to the type of school, the size of the school and the seniority of the principal. It is a large-scale public school and is the new school principals. It is considered that the degree of execution of school organizations is relatively high. 8. There is a moderate and highly positive correlation between teacher professional commitment, school organization health, and school organization execution, and the correlation between school organization health and school organization execution is the highest. 9. Principal leadership style, teacher professional commitment, school organization health, and school organization execution, the structural equation model adaptability is acceptable. 10. The principal's transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, teacher professional commitment, and school organization health have a positive predictive relationship with the school's organizational execution, and the school's organizational health has the highest predictive power. 11. The principal's transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style can influence the school organizational execution through the intermediary role of the teacher's professional commitment or school organization health. Among them, the principal's transformational leadership has the best effect on the school organizational execution through the school organization health.
