Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系 === 107 === This research is based on the organizational culture of a certain army of the National Army to explore the relevance of the factors determining the efficiency of work. First, a member of a certain army is used as the parent group, and the stratified investigation and interview methods are comprehensively analyzed and compared. The data range is based on the data of the personnel of a certain army of the National Army from 2015 to 2017. The organization consists of 20 members and a total of 60 samples for analysis. Taking the data envelopment analysis method as the research tool, the self-variation includes the personnel's seniority, annual salary, working hours, overtime hours, and the relationship between the performance of the personnel. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of work by verifying the increase in factors such as performance, performance rewards, and annual salary. The results of the study show that "continuing bonuses", "performance rewards" and "increased annual salary" can help people to have a significant impact on work efficiency. In addition, if the workload is increased or the working hours are extended, the staff will be reduced. The quality of the work leads to low work efficiency; therefore, it can be adjusted through performance rewards and annual salary increases, and the result of the change in efficiency value. Further through interviews, through the field feedback, provide a discussion and management reference for the factors that leave the elites and supplement the source of human resources.
