In general the transition probability is not equal to 0.5,the system is in a non-equilibrium state which can be classified into four cases with different interaction and transition probability.The first case is that particle number in three urns are equal.The second case is that particle number are not equal.The third case is that the above two cases exist.The last case is that the numbers are time varying,so there is no steady state.
