A questionnaire was used in the study,and 132 teachers are collected from special education teachers at vocational high schoolMiaoli, Taichung, Changhua and Nantou counties. The results are as follows: 1.The Implementation of in employment transition services rangement in order of the present degree are“cooperation between parents and teachers”, ”employment transition teaching”, “Individualized Transi-tion Plan”, “cooperation between vocational rehabilitation practitioners and teachers” . 2. The arangement in order of the difficulties the service confronts are“cooperation between parents and teachers” , “Individualized Tran-sition Plan”, “cooperation between vocational rehabilitation practi-tioners and teachers” , ”employment transition teaching” . 3.Among“cooperation between parents and teachers” , “Individualized Transition Plan”, “cooperation between vocational rehabilitation prac-titioners and teachers” , ”employment transition teaching”,only “co-operation between vocational rehabilitation practitioners and teachers” needs to be improved,which shows the rest services are implemented better. 4. The study shows the special education teachers provide presents enough relative info on employment trasition services and enough invitation to the meeting .However parents’attendance rate of the meeting and their involvement in the discussion are low. 5. The degree of implementation of the service differentiates signifi-cantly according to the years of service of special education teach-ers,but not to job positions,professional background,service are-as,working experiences with vocational counselors. 6. The degree of difficulties of the service diffenents significantly accord ing to the years of service,school locations,special edution teach-ers’years of cooperation experienceswith vocational counselos,but not to job positions,professional background,and cooperation ex-periences with vocational counselors .
