Through the semi-structured interview method of qualitative research to collect the technician certifications training of the special education teachers training process, collected the interview data of the four special education teachers in the Higher Vocational Department of the Taitung Region and analyzed them with the “analysis and method” The results of this study are presented below: 1.The study found that the application and curriculum of the administrative co-ordination plan are each responsible for the course of a skill-requiring job in each year, and the qualifications determined by the student's ability and interest are determined. 2. The class tutors are multiple roles of communication, coordination, and execution, not only mastering the progress of teaching, but also monitoring the learning situation of students. 3.The interviewed teachers’ opinions on the counseling students’ participation in the examination are affirmative, and they believe that (1)Traces, where the test will leave an impression; (2) Self-confidence, perpetual forefront, with a gentle adherence never give up , the development of students' learning potential and efforts. 4. The attitude of counseling students to participate in skills verification is to recognize the students' efforts and make the skills certification license become the pedal and cornerstone of students' future employment. Teachers need at least one year of systematic and intensive examination planning for skills verification training, with group competition ,activities, learning strategies, reading methods and augmentation systems, in the course of learning, let students reach their full potential and gain a skill and employment opportunities. Through this study, education and government-related units will be able to link and expand the recognition of relevant industries to obtain special licenses for students in special education classes, and provide more employment opportunities.
