Furthermore, to figure out the differences in career counseling needs and acceptance between these students with different background variables. 212 students in central Taiwan were surveyed by “Career Development Status and Career Needs Questionnaire for Technical College Student” which was self-developed. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The demand for career counseling of all technical colleges students with disabilities is higher than the acquisition. Moreover, from high to low, the order is “mastery of external information”, “self-understanding and assessment” and “social support system”. 2. It’s nonsignificant in the demands for career counseling needs of technical colleges students with learning disabilities whether the occupation categories, study system, grade of study and gender. 3. There are significant differences for the obtainment of career counseling for students with learning disabilities in the occupation categories, study system, grade of study and gender except in admission. 4. The students in technical colleges with different background variables have higher demand for career counseling than for their career counseling. 5. The most needed career counseling content for technical colleges students with learning disabilities is “mastering external information” and on top of that, the needs of career information, workplace training and experience and internship. As noted above, here is some advice for the career guidance workers and following researchers: 1. The Student Counseling Center can invite experts in various fields to make regular mock interview and convey diversified career information. 2. The departments can arrange professional skills training or mentoring courses and provide occupational experience by partnership vocational education program or internship. 3.
