As the wholesale and retail industry adopts strategies such as grouping, chaining, diversification and diversified business, the scale of the industry presents a trend of large and large.      This study analyzes the current difficulties and prospects of the industry, and uses the SWOT analysis, five-force analysis, expert interviews, along with direct observation and analysis of relevant literature, to identify the competitive advantages of the case company. In the face of external competition threats, the case company can effectively analyze problems, solve solutions, and explore appropriate access decisions to effectively improve the efficiency of channel sales and strengthen the company's competitiveness.
