Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系 === 107 === Abstract Taiwan’s bicycle industry has developed over the past decades and established a complete upstream and downstream production system. Therefore, Taiwan was once known as the “Bicycle Kingdom”. Traditional bicycle manufacturers in Taiwan started from the OEM production. After facing the difficulties of foundry, they are now facing the development of brand management. The bicycle industry is constantly upgrading its transformation, innovating research and development, publishing new materials and new functions, and enhancing the added value of bicycles. Some of the production methods are introduced into the TPS production management through the organization of A-Team. The export part is no longer winning by quantity, but the export unit price is increasing year by year. By collecting the organization's management and some of the peer team cooperation and improvement models, this paper analyzes the data from the perspective of production, research and development, improvement, and group cooperation. The study finds that under the premise of manufacturing high-quality products, R&D speed and production management have the greatest impact on the competitiveness for the bicycle industry.
