The "perceived ease of use" of tax bureau staff using digitally innovative services has no significant impact on " Continuance Intention ". The " Technology Readiness" of staff has a significant positive impact on "Perceived Usefulness" in addition to positively affecting "Continuous Use Intention" and further enhance its " Continuance Intention ".
