Among the highranking and female groups, the proportion of insomnia is higher than that of a decade ago. In order to find a way to improve the quality of sleep, this paper discusses the aromatherapy with the meridian acupressure on sleep quality-a Case of older People, collect relevant information, and after literature discussion, put forward the research facet of this thesis. Invited professional Chinese medicine practitioners, senior aroma therapists and health managers to assist in the production of the Delphi technique questionnaire. Four questionnaires were constructed, which were" physiological factors ","psychological factors"," assisted conditioning factors" and "convenience factor". The questionnaire was distributed to fifteen experts and making a survey of Delphi technique questionnaire. Sum up eight critical factors on sleep quality- a Case for elderly is "convenience factor", and secondly, "physiological problem factors" and “Psychological problem factor". Experts in aromatherapy are invited to make suggestions on the results of the questionnaire, and finally consolidate into eleven opinions to provide experts whose aromatherapy with the meridian acupressure on sleep quality for reference in the future.
