Dementia not only affects the daily life of the patient, but also causes a serious burden on his family and caregivers. According to long-term research by scholars, dementia is an irreversible disease. Even if more resources are used to treat it, it is still difficult to recover. It can only delay the rate of deterioration by medicinal or non-pharmacological treatment. However, traditional cognitive training or reminiscence therapy will have limits on the needs of venues and props. Not everyone can easily handle them. Therefore, a digital cognitive system developed by this paper that can be executed on Windows and Android OS. “Recall” is the name of the system, as the meaning of “Recalling your memory while playing”. The system combines reminiscence, music therapy and cognitive training test, which is designed to be used by 2 to 4 people. Users can use the photos to recall past time or discuss the quizzes with each other. In this study, user experience was divided into two parts: usability and experience, and experimental data were collected in the experiment by behavioral observation, user experience questionnaire and interview. The experimental questionnaire is analyzed by SPSS, combined with the qualitative analysis of behavioral observation and interview, to sum up the differences between the user experience of traditional and digital versions. There were 16 subjects in this study, aged from 65 to 94 years old, with an average age of 79.5 years old. The results show that most of the subjects were unobstructed in the operation of the system, and they gave high praise to the answering reward sound effects of system. The part of the experience was also significantly different from the traditional version of cognitive training, and the subjects were more willing to share their memories with others in the digital version. In the photo sharing part of traditional version, which is more difficult for the subjects to share with others, while in the digital version, when the photos are presented on a large screen, they can discuss with other subjects, interact with each other more frequently, and are more enjoying with the cognitive training components designed in the digital version, for example, they will actively assist other subjects in answering quizzes, or swing their bodies with the melody when singing. 吳佩芬 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 151 zh-TW
