Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 107 === The purpose of this thesis is to apply “Pathfinder” computer 3D simulation software to investigate the emergency evacuation plans of a six-floored commercial hotel construction project. In the specific room or non-room space, different stairs, fire escapes, special fire escapes, etc., are considered in the planning of evacuation routes. Depending on the maximum emergency shelter unit capacity, and the setting of parameters of human genders, ages, physical conditions, the divergence of the evacuation flows is made by choosing traditional or smart escape route lighting system combined with smart technology equipment. The simulation experiments and research are conducted under 6 different evacuation simulation scenarios which the dynamic guiding system (with flash or audio guidance) is involved. The results of the overall escaping time from each scenario are derived and the formulas of safely-escaping time are verified. These results can be used to provide correct data to the governmental fire department, and as a reference for future law modification. These results can also help enterprises to make better and safer decisions regarding choosing facilities and emergency evacuation plans and having more prospect of value engineering on Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) under the overall budget execution.
