Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 運動學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of leisure sport participation and the leisure sport constraints to the staff in short-term cram schools in Changhua County. Another goal is to study the differences between these constraints among employees with different background. The study was conducted on purposive sampling survey questionnaire, which was filled out by the staff in short-term cram schools in Changhua County. 400 questionnaires were issued, and 334 questionnaires were collected; the effective response rate was 83.5 percent. The statistics were analyzed through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0, which conducted descriptive statistic, independent sample t-test, analysis of variance, (ANOVA), and the Scheffe’s method. There are three conclusions for this study. First, most of the staff does outdoor leisure sports on weekends without certain period. Their leisure sport frequency is less than once a week or less than an hour. The leisure sport intensity is moderate. They usually do exercise with their family. On average, most of them don’t spend money on leisure sports per month. Second, the main constraint of the leisure sport participation is the exercising environmental factors. Finally, there are four apparent differences for leisure sport constraints, which are gender, age, marital status and seniority, while educational level, position and salary have no significant differences.
