碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 藝術與設計學系 === 107 === It has become a common phenomenon that most of the children in Taiwan go to cram school or are taken care of by others, as a result of parents are under great financial pressure, working outside for a long time, they have less quality time relatively. In the book, "Running on Empty: Overcome Your Childhood Emotional Neglect", J. Webb proposed "Parental companionship is positive for the child's personality and growth". In order to emphasize the importance of accompanying children, creating this picture book based on the issue and providing parents and children to read. In the process of creating, learning from how to design and create "unrealistic fantasy creatures" by observing the body structure of the general animals, disassembling and reassembling together to become a vivid "new fantasy creature", which is beneficial for sharpening computer drawing skills. Nowadays, the "unrealistic biological design" is very common among video games, movies or illustrations. Author is envious and eager to learn the "imaginary shape painting like real life" skills; therefore, author hopes that by drawing a fantasy world theme to understand the rules of light and color, and the design of the shape. The creative characteristic of this article that is the fantasy story created by the storyline of " Childhood Emotional Neglect". Drawing illustrations in oil painting with impasto technique by using PHOTOSHOP image-editing software. In addition, author combines the dynamic techniques of drawing cartoon characters and the processing methods of photographic works. Finally, it is presented as a picture book. In conclusion, author hopes the fusion of the above elements will bring the readers extraordinary visual effects!
