It applies its test structure to the field of school administrative professional ethics, transforming the original moral dilemma. For the study of the professional ethics scale of executives in high school schools, and the most ethical dilemma of executives, the most ethical dilemma is to establish a more effective ethical scale test. First, use the method of educational hermeneutics to study the Neo-Kohlbergian school literature. The reading, analysis, understanding, interpretation and criticism of the main text materials; secondly, the Neo-Kohlbergian school's ideological origins, theoretical connotations and literatures on the ethical connotation of the school administrative profession; finally, the research project is completed with reference to relevant educational materials. According to the common four ethical dilemmas, four dilemmas are designed: (1) The dilemma of human condition and law: the dilemma of students' right to education and the actual interests of the school, and (2) the dilemma of goal selection: the orientation of study and the choice of activities, (3) The dilemma of the role and responsibility: the dilemma of administration according to law and (4) the ideal and the reality of the dilemma: placement of students to accept. This application of DIT test design on the school administrators moral development test, I hope to provide as a reference for the construction of school administrative professional ethics development test in the future.
