Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 光電工程學系 === 107 === We discusses the application of the surface of the metamaterials combined with dielectric waveguides in this paper, while the metamaterial surface has metamaterial resonance, and the dielectric waveguide also has guide mode resonance. When two different characteristics of materials are combined, its special material properties are what this paper wants to explore. Metamaterials is a project that has been extensively studied in the research field. Its special material properties make it have a great application. Metamaterial resonance, in most cases, also belongs to surface plasmons resonance, which is mainly controlled by the geometric pattern of the surface of the metamaterial. Therefore, a series of different adjustments and parameter settings have been made in this paper, in order to be able to understand the resonance characteristics of this metamaterial and the different geometric patterns of the genomic material are coupled to each other. When the metamaterial surface and the dielectric waveguide are combined, the simple modulation process, the relatively low cost and the relatively uncomplicated process make the metamaterial waveguides has received much attention in the fields of sensors, phase modulation and others.
