The results show: 1.Work stress do not have significant correlations with the retention intention , while the work meanings have the positive correlations with the retention intention. 2. As for the moderating effects, work meanings obviously moderate the relationship between work stress and the retention intention. The results show that the participants with high work meaning, the higher work stress, the higher retention intention, while that the participants with low work meanings, the higher stress comes from family and economy, the higher retention intention. 3.In addition, there are significant differences among levels of demographics on work stress, work meanings, and retention intention. Above all, the higher work meanings, the higher retention intention, and the work meanings partly moderated the relationship between work stress and the retention intention. Also, demographics associate with work stress, work meaning and retention intention.
