According to statistics of Taiwan Ministry of the Interior, there is passive impact on both Nation finance and social production due to the raising rate of population aging. Therefore, how to arrange limited national resource and reduce the burden on taking care of elders are important issues. However, as researches, the in use medical service systems were designed for common user, but not really fit elder’s need. Considers to lighten medical management, it is hard to find research in better solutions for interacting medical services. In this research, we created a prototyping system of Smart Medical Service with practical perspective, integrated with interface of medical care. It can not only offer the tools for self-health management, but also improve patient’s ability on self-care. The research methods of the research are interview experts and users, analyze requirements of basic medical care, combine interface design with user experience and use IT tools to present items of long-term care. And finally, we create an Integrated Interface for Intelligent Medical Service with technique of spatial allocation the integrate feasibility and usability of interfaces through user’s interviews are done as well. The result of research shows that all of the respondents approve the consistency of interface, 90% agree with learnability, usability and friendly design, 80% regard as positive with efficiency and satisfaction, which tells that the system can meet user’s needs. Moreover, to improve ability of self-health management, lighten works of medical staffs and reduce medical costs are the benefits of the system as well.
