Today, in a social environment full of exploding information, “big data” has become a trending topic in all walks of life. However, how to effectively classify large amount of data through the system will be the main endeavor of this research.
Data governance has always been an emerging trend in enterprise data management. However, domestic big data governance is still in the initial stage of development. Scholars have done fewer studies on this theory. This study promotes the concept of data governance domestically and abroad, and analyzes the problems faced by the introduction of the technology, mainly through the practical experience of interviewing professionals in the "Delphi Method", collecting the interview data to analyze the considerations and key success factors, and then establishing a hierarchical structure relationship, and then using the "Analytic Hierarchy Process ". This Analysis Method and the Expert Choice software make a comparative analysis of the weights of the various facets and key factors, and the relevant values will serve as a reference for the future introduction of big data governance.
