Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 國際事務與企業學系公共政策研究碩士班 === 107 ===   The main purpose of this study is to understand whether primary school teachers and parents agree with the establishment of class LINE group for class management and parent-teacher communication, and to understand the use of instant messaging software LINE by primary school teachers and parents in class management and parent-teacher communication, and to explore the effectiveness and common questions of primary school teachers and parents using class LINE group for class management and parent-teacher communication.   This study takes primary school tutors and their parents on the Taichung Sea LINE as the research object, takes literature analysis as the theoretical basis, adopts semi-structured in-depth interviews for primary school tutors, supplemented by questionnaires for the corresponding parents, and hopes to explore and verify the views and satisfaction of teachers and parents on the use of class LINE group in todays Teaching scene from various perspectives. In order to obtain more accurate and effective information.   The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. As for the establishment of LINE group as a channel for class management and communication with parents and teachers, some primary school teachers agree with and some disagree with it. 2. The elementary school tutors who are in favor of establishing class LINE group think that using class LINE group to communicate will be beneficial to class management and parent-teacher communication. 3. Before using LINE group in class, many problems can be avoided by establishing norms and consensus with parents. 4. Class LINE group is not the only communication channel between parents and teachers, so we should choose the appropriate communication channel according to the situation.
