Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 建築與永續規劃研究所碩士班 === 107 === Since the opening of the Xueshan Tunnel in June 2006, the beautiful ecological environment has been blessed by convenient transportation, and Ilan has become a new sightseeing county. In recent years, the application standard of Ilan Farmhouse B&B has changed with the ruling party, making a large number of B&B intensively operated in the leisure agricultural area in a short time. Many past works have pointed out that the completion of this kind of farmhouses not only destroys the ecological landscape of Ilan, but also the influx of tourists consumes the local ecological resources excessively, causing the permanent damage of the Lanyang Plain. Until January 2019, a total of 1,423 legal B&B in Ilan County continued to operate. How to continue to work in the future with minimal impact on the environment will be the biggest issue of environmental sustainability. According to this, this study will use the actual business cases of the S.G.A Leisure Agricultural Region and the B&B in the head towns of Ilan County and use literature review, case study analysis, local behavior observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaire survey methods. Understand the current situation of the business model of leisure agriculture districts and homestays, explore the mutually beneficial relationship between the two in business and each other, and propose relevant conclusions and recommendations for reference for subsequent planning. The findings are as follows: 1) Leisure agricultural area and B&B management should be based on the combination of tourists and local tourism hotspots and resources to support the overall business development strategy. 2) The tourism industry is weak, and the peak season is most affected by the “national holiday” and “attractive resources”. It can attract off-season tourists by planning different types of resources to disperse the carrying capacity of the peak season resources. 3) The mutually beneficial relationship between the leisure agricultural area and the B&B not only maintains the "ecological" environment of the area, but also enhances the "production" benefits of the B&B and each other, and also enhances the "life" quality of the residents. 4) The struggle of local factions and the uneven distribution of resources have a significant impact on the operation of leisure agricultural area and B&B and indirectly impact on the local environment. 5)Overall management and development, cross-border cooperation, and gathering of forces from all walks of life can assist in the event of diversification and jointly create new values that are different from the past.
