It can be found that Taiwan's current policy is not the same as other countries using nuclear energy. Compared with other countries' more stable implementation methods in nuclear power, Taiwan is more urgent. In addition, global development analysis can find natural gas, renewable energy and nuclear energy to be the major power supply in the future. Coordination for these three powers will be the key to the success of the power policy. If it pay too much attention on policies formulated by one party, the overall development is likely to cause bias problems, but it will not help the policy implementation. By analyzing the current power transformation plan and the situation encountered by the government through SWOT strategy analysis, it can find that the government is too optimistic about the planning of gas power generation. They may not really understand the problems encountered by the third gas receiving station and the impact it caused. Even if the gas power plant is successfully completed, it may face the difficulty of burning without gas. In addition, in order to achieve the schedule of non-nuclear homes, a series of unconstrained policies have been implemented in order to rapidly increase the capacity of renewable energy devices, which has led to many chaos. For the development of renewable energy is not appropriate planning, and the large use of natural gas power plants, it is easy to affect the electricity price because of rising fuel costs. Through the analysis, it is found that in order to achieve a smooth power transition and maintain stable electricity prices, the nuclear decommissioning time schedule should be discussed more.
