Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 107 === The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among Motivation , Psychological Contract and Organizational Commitment in contracted staff of university. The study based on relevant literature to design research framework and research purposes, than collects research material and information by conducting questionnaires survey.The object of this study was the contracted staff of university of science and technology in south Taiwan .Total of 362 questionnaires were collected, effective questionnaire 362.Data analysis is conducted by descriptive statistical analysis , independent-sample t test , one-way ANOVA analysis , Pearson product-moment correlation , stepwise multiple regression analysis to verify assumptions.As a result, some conclusions are made by the study and that were summarized as follows: (1) The Motivation perceived by the contracted staff belong to the above-fair level, and the aspect of Intrinsic Motivation is the best. (2)The Psychological Contract perceived by the contracted staff belongs to the above-fair level, and the aspect of Balanced Psychological Contract is the best. (3) The Organizational Commitment perceived by the contracted staff belongs to the above-fair level, and the aspect of Normative Commitment is the best. (4) The contracted staff who are “female”, have served for “above 16 years ”, “assistant clerk” and “project assistant”, in the degree of feeling Motivation is significantly higher than those of “men” , “4-9 years” and “contract personnel”. (5) The contracted staff who are “under 30 years old” and “above 51 years old”, “college or below graduate” , have served for “above 16 years ”, “assistant clerk” and “project assistant” , in the degree of feeling Psychological Contract is significantly higher than those of “41-50 years old” , “Bachelor's Degree “ , “under 5 years”, “contract personnel”. (6) The contracted staff who are “above 41 years old” , have served for “over 7 years ” “contract personnel”, have significantly higher levels of Organizational Commitment perceived and every levels of feelings than those of “under 40 years old” , “below 6 years”, “project assistant”. (7) There is a significant positive correlation between Motivation and Psychological Contract . (8) There is a significant positive correlation between Motivation and Organizational Commitment . (9) There is a significant positive correlation between Psychological Contract and Organizational Commitment. (10) The perception of Motivation and Psychological Contract of the contracted staff can effectively predict the Organizational Commitment , among which the Intrinsic Motivation is the most predictable. Finally, according to the results of this study, specific constructive opinions were put forward for the employers and government policy development and future researchers, making the application of university contracted staff more ideal.
