In this study, the method of in-depth interview of quality was analyzed and summarized, and the nursery personnel of a child care center in Kaohsiung City were the research subject, according to the researcher's location. Kaohsiung City, aprivate baby-care centernursery staff 5 for the intention of sampling as a sample. Research tools conduct in-depth interviews with interview outlines, interview outlines based on workload, work environment, interpersonal pay and benefits, Growth feedback and career planning. The results of the study found that: the source of work stress for nursery personnelismainly due toexcessiveworkload , The nursery staff work in the care and care or the nursing work is too long, teaching activities,administrative affairs, document ation file production, etc. Often because the workload of the work is too large or complicated, so that the care staff feel burden and pressure. Interpersonal relationshipson of interaction with parents In the communication process, if the communication and poor communication caused by misunderstanding and form a series of problems, which in turn will make the care staff feel great pressure. Working environment career planning pressure in the care workload presents a greater pressure, the working environment equipment care center installation monitoring is also the cause of the work of the child care staff pressure source. The nursery personnel in career planning are mostly comfortable with the status quo, the paper data heavy policy decree one in the change can not adapt, waiting for the time is ripe will also choose to change jobs. In terms of job satisfaction: Pay and benefits satisfaction is low on pay due to long working hours and low-paid care workers, but feel good on the welfare system. The dilemmas and problems arising from the nursery personnel in the infant and young child fitness courses: (i)the autonomy and elasticity of the nursery personnel decreased; Increased workload;(iii) Insufficient study of professional course activities. Finally, according to the results of the study, specific recommendations are put forward for reference by the competent authorities, baby-sitting centers and future researchers.
