With it, the quality of life has become an essential part of this buzzling modern society. Therefore, how to promote the tourism industry has become the focus for governments around the world. In other words they devote a lot of time and minds on attracting more visitors, domestic and foreign - obviously because this industry boosts economy. And Taiwan, Self-generated energy is very scarce, significant amount of budget has been put into this industry. The tourism industry has become one of the major economic projects. Its vital that this industry can truly transform into another level - the industry must have a strong connection to the world to be economically efficient. This is an ongoing issue and has become an urgent question for current administration. The city we are looking into is Dongshi Township, Chiayi. The fishing village is famous for its harvest from the sea. Crustaceans like crabs, shrimps, other types of fish and shellfish are all products of this place. The local government knows tourism will greatly improve the economy here. So in 2003 the Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf was established as a recreational attraction, a fishing port that built for tourism. This project attracts seafood lovers in significant numbers. After that, all kinds of seafood eateries opened up. This research, Study on Service Quality, Consumer Behavior and Customer Satisfaction of Seafood Restaurant in Sightseeing Fishing Port. This is done by actual on site survey, questionnaires and data analysis. In the end this research will pave a way for future research and provide restaurant owners and local tourism industry associations a reference for conducting their business.
