The researcher uses questionaire survey as the major method in this study and takes 704 junior high school students from Fengshan District Kaohsiung City as formal samples. The data are collected by statistics methods. Subjects are evaluated by the instrument, the Learning Attitude of Junior High School Students in Kaohsiung City towards Service- Learning in Examination-Free Entrance Competition Scale, adapted by the researcher. The data are analyzed with the Mean,SD,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Scheffe.Besides, the researcher adopts SPSS14.0 to evaluate quantitative data. According to the results, the main findings are summarized as follows: (1) Junior high school students in different aspects towards Service-Learning attitude in current situations all perform above average. (2) Junior high school students in different dimensions towards Service-learning attitud in current situations all perform above average. (3) Junior high school female students’ Service-Learning attitude is better than male students’. (4) Junior high school lower grade students’ Service Learning attitude is better than higher grade students’. (5) There is no significant difference between junior high school students’ academic achievement towards Service-Learning attitude (6) Junior high school students leaded by consideration homeroom teachers have better Service-Learning attitude than those leaded by laissez-fair homeroom teachers. (7) Students in harmonious class atomphere have better Service-Learning attitude than those in disharmonious class atmosphere. (8) There is no significant difference between junior high students from different parental educational level. (9) Junior high school students parented with authoritative parenting have better Service-Learning attitude than those parented with uninvolved parenting.
