Summary:博士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 107 === This study aimed to explore the cultivation curriculum of primary school class teachers in People's Republic of China. The research was divided into two levels: the first layer used the content analysis method to analyze the objectives and disciplines of the curriculum plan for the "Primary Education Specialized Personnel Cultivation Program" for teacher education in People's Republic of China, as well as the " Regulations for Primary and Secondary School Class Teachers " and the policy of " National Primary and Secondary School Class Teachers Training Program " were used as the data for the cross-analysis of the second layer of data; the second layer used the interview survey method for the four levels of university teacher education administration level, university teacher education teacher level, primary school administrative level, and primary school class teacher level, collect the curriculum plan, course objectives, course subjects, curriculum experience data, and then analyze the collected data with the first layer of content, and studied the primary schools included in the teacher education curriculum in People's Republic of China. A primary school teacher training program in the teacher education curriculum in People's Republic of China was reveled through above analyses. The study had achieved important results, and list the results of this study: First, the primary school class teacher in China had developed a curriculum plan, which was led by the university, adopted the "National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)", and " Action plan for Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education (2015-2018)"., " Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Vocational Education Teaching and Improving the Quality of Talent Cultivation", and " Improving the Guiding Outline of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Education "; Two Outline-Level Policy Guidance for the " Outline of OO Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan " and the " OO Province Education Informationization Development Plan (2014-2020) "; the curriculum project had multiple knowledge projects and capacity projects, and the implementation of the curriculum was faithfully carried out. Second, the goal of cultivating curriculum for primary class teachers in People's Republic of China was to achieve the comprehensive goal of high-quality talents with excellent teachers, excellent all-round teachers and excellent primary school teachers. Third, the primary school class teachers in People's Republic of China had a curriculum of 40 courses with a total of 84 credits and 1162 hours. Fourth, the experience of cultivating curriculum for primary school class teachers in People's Republic of China was embodied through the practice of theory and experience to the overall environment of primary schools and the overall role of the primary school class teacher and work. Finally, suggestions had been made for follow-up research as a reference for the research and development of relevant talent cultivation curriculum.
