From the current status of the principal's leadership to discuss whether it has influence and predictive power on teachers' job involvement and professional development.Considering the objectivity of research, this study adopts a questionnaire survey method. As a research tool, the self-edited questionnaire "The relationship among Elementary School Principals’ Total leadership , the Teachers' Job Involvement and Professional development ". Data obtained in this study were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analyses. The main findings were: 1. There was significant difference on teachers of different "gender" and "school locations" in perception of "Total Leadership of Principal ". 2. There was significant difference on teachers of different "gender", "age", " years of service ", "marital status" and "position" in the recognition of " Job Involvement of Teacher ". 3. There was a significant difference on teachers of different "age" and " years of service " in recognition of " Professional Development of Teachers ". 4. There was a significant correlation between the " Total Leadership of Principal " and the " Job Involvement of Teacher " and " Professional Development of Teachers ". 5. The "Leadership of Quality and Service "of Principal on " Job Involvement of teacher", " Job Evaluation and Participation", " Job Focus", " Job Fun and Recognition", " Professional Development of Teachers ", "Course Design", "Class Management" And "professional commitment" has significant predictive power. 6.
