After 2000, the rapid development of Internet and digital technology has caused the structure of Taiwan's printing market to be turbulent. Printing used to be a manufacturing service industry, and the future should be a science and technology knowledge service industry. If printing can make good use of information management, it can also become an industry of knowledge management, and the capabilities of the management of the lithography industry are constantly improving. The purpose of this study is to construct the capacity indicators of Taiwan's lithographic printing managers. The construction methods mainly include the discussion of academics and the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign capabilities research practices. The research method adopts the fuzzy Defi method, which is divided into two stages: the establishment of expert validity and the issuance of formal questionnaires. After the first stage of the three experts recommended to be revised into a formal questionnaire, the formal questionnaire was then completed by a total of 6 academic experts and 8 management managers, a total of 14 to answer, the total value of each indicator, after screening by threshold, To select the important indicator items of this study. The research is summarized as follows: (1) Three main structural planes: general technical ability, functional management ability, and professional technical ability. (II) Seven main indicators: basic ability, basic business management knowledge, human resource management, project management, design capability, prepress process, and postpress process. (3) Seventy-seven detailed indicators: foreign language ability, computer application and professional license ability, organizational leadership ability, R&D creative ability, interpersonal communication skills, ability to predict and grasp timing, ability to cultivate crisis management, factory safety Rules, industrial environmental health and safety, relevant laws and regulations, oral expression skills, business writing and presentation skills, ability to use technology, etc. Advice to academia can be turned into a rating scale for promotion in the use of technology colleges: turning this competency indicator into a rating scale; focusing on practical lithographic job-seeking skills so that students can quickly move into the workplace after graduation Improve the management of lithography-related management courses, foster quality management talents; arrange courses that combine theory and practice. Advice to the business community can strengthen partnerships between the business community and the academic community; on-the-job training, lifelong learning, and the integration of schools and social workplace pulsations. The follow-up researcher's suggestion is to strengthen the quantitative evaluation research, so that the lithographic management managers' ability indicators are more quality; specializing in the employment capacity construction in different professional fields.
