Under the bipartisan rule transformation, the rush to save the mother tongue caught up like wildfire burning through the dryland. Hakka is no exception. Hakka is also a minority group in Taiwan, that was almost wipe out, during the era of which native language was forbidden over a generation of time in Taiwan, thus saving Hakka is also of great matter of urgency. Hakka was matriculated into the classroom in the primary school level. Social clubs were also formed to encourage students to participate. This research is based on the [Hakka Cai Fen Society] in the Kaohsiung Metropolitan Primary School Systems. Using qualitative research to analyze research materials and semi-structural in-depth interviews and observations to collect my data. Evaluating Hakka society’s business model, development. Assessing the sustainability of such societies according to the information gathered. The following are my assessment according to my research: 1. The establishment and development of [Hakka Cai Fen Society] is divided into infancy, maturation, resource integration, and transition period. 2. The [Hakka Cai Fen Society]’s state of operation is good. 3. [Hakka Cai Fen Society]’s both resource integration and utilization are well run. 4. After the SWOT(strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) analysis, Hakka Cai Fen Society must take advantage of any chances and opportunities it gets and avoiding any threats or traps. 5. Obstacles are as followed: lack of support from school, alienation of school administration, difficult to communicate with parents, lack of funding are current problems. 6. Solutions to problems can be: better cooperation with school, better understanding with school administration, searching for better way to communicate with parents, looking for cooperate supports. 7. Hakka Cai Fen Society has a clear and well defined developmental goals.. 8. The factors to sustainable development of [Hakka Cai Fen Society]. Finally, from the experience through the development of the above-mentioned society, further to advice the administrative authority of the Hakka societies in primary schools, and advices to future researchers of said subject. This research hopefully will served as a reference for school management and development of Hakka societies.
