Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 107 === In Taiwan, the plains are less than the mountains so the space is limited to use, coupled with and the improvement of industrial technology and the prosperity of the economy. People are looking forward to the more convenient transportation. Thus, highways, cross-river bridges are constantly being used in the construction of elevated forms. But, in order to beautify the living environment, the constructions of various types of the bridges have been launched. These complicated appearances of the bridges make it more difficultly to solve the problem during the construction process.
However, the results of the occupational disaster statistics shows that the disasters of the elevated construction operations included falling, rolling, colliding, collapsing and object flying, etc. Among these disasters, the fall disaster ranked first. In order to reduce the incidence of fall disaster effectively, this research according to the key factors of the falling risk in each construction project of Riverbed Bridge project to conduct an expert questionnaire survey. Then, analyzes the proportion of each item of the result.
After analysis, the second layer results display that the ranking most prone to falling disasters is (1) Pier Column Engineering;(2) Xinqiao Panel Engineering;(3) Basic Engineering.
The third layer results display that the ranking most prone to falling disasters is (1) Cap beam engineering;(2) Main Beam Engineering;(3) Guardrail Engineering;(4) Pier Column Project;(5) Cofferdam Engineering;(6) Caisson Foundation Engineering;(7) Subgrade Pavement. Other than that, the scenario layer results display that Site Construction Method is more likely to occur falling disasters than the Pre-Foundry Method.
Discussion on the starting point of the safety technology engineering method, the research through the experts in the practical field to conduct a questionnaire survey about the key factors of the falling risk of riverbed bridge project. Then proposes the suitable construction operation mode and work method to reach the optimal bridge construction technology.
