Applications of science and technology to create tools, equipment, and drugs always focus on being able to apply to health a lot and get top priority. Therefore, the health sector always has the most important role in the care of community health, treatment of diseases, ensuring life, maintaining human health to study and work. Besides, the health sector contributes a lot in the socio-economic development of each country. In this study, the author uses data on the business situation of pharmaceutical enterprises in the period of 2012 to 2017 to process and analyze and evaluate the business performance of all these businesses in the period of 2012 –2017 by using Malmquist productivity index model of DEA. This study has achieved positive results and high applicability, the author used specific indexes to evaluate the efficiency of use and changes in technique and technology at pharmaceutical companies, which helps managers have both broad and detailed insights into the production and business activities of these enterprises.
