It is an indispensable condition for human survival and reproduction. Whether it is urban or rural, it has an inseparable overall character. With the changes of the times, peoples knowledge level and living conditions are improved, and the choices and preferences for living are more diversified. The importance of purchasing decisions is inexplicable. How to meet the needs of current and future home buyers is definitely a topic of concern to real estate-related businesses. Whether it is the first-time purchase or the need to change houses, there are factors that affect the willingness to purchase houses in addition to the price. Therefore, this study is aimed at research and investigation of feng shui cognition, public construction, perceived value, purchase intention and neighboring facilities, as a reference for corporate marketing and planning. This study mainly discusses the influence of the general public on fengshui cognition and public construction on the purchase intention, and uses the perceptual value as the intermediary variable and the neighboring avoidance facility as the interference variable.
