It is hoped that volunteers from non-profit organizations can really get the attention of the essence of the organization and be able to work happily. It is also hoped that the recognition of volunteers can help the organization to improve the contention conditions and work performance, so as to achieve the sustainable operation of non-profit units. This study mainly focuses on police volunteers in Kaohsiung City. Because of the limitations of time, manpower and material resources, this study adopts convenient sample as sampling method, and conducts quantitative research through questionnaire. The study finds that altruism of service motivation has a significant relationship with egoism on the aspect of behavioral intention, that is to say, the better the altruism and egoism are, the higher the cognition of behavioral intention is. There is a significant relationship between internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction on the structure of behavioral intention, that is to say, the better internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction are, the higher the cognition of behavioral intention.
