Whether the popularity of 3D printing can effectively help the propeller casting and reduce the threshold of training time?Whether the 3D printing object can be applied to the real propeller casting production?We compare the products of models using 3D printing with traditional mold casting. The same design of the propeller for the traditional open mold casting and 3D printing of the propeller master casting is made side by side for comparison. The experimental analysis results show that the 3D printed propeller master mold can reduce the threshold and training time of the process as long as the elements of the casting demand are strengthened.
