Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 107 ===   Because the Taiwanese generally do not understand the Muslim faith, and the government did not specifically emphasize the Muslim tourism market, the domestic tourism field is still generally unknown to Muslim tourists, and most of the operators have not yet provided a complete Muslim tourism environment service.   This study is based on the analysis of the business model of Taiwan's Muslim-friendly tourism field, collecting and sorting out the current Muslim friendly tourism environment in Taiwan through Muslim-related literature discussion and case interviews.   This study method to target the tourism industry in the “Muslim-friendly Tourism Fields” identified by the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a research method by a single case and in-depth interviews ; and using expert interviews to organize and analyze the research content. In the face of Taiwan’s non-Islam-based religion, it is not easy to search related materials such as journals, academic papers and books, so that researchers can only use in-depth interviews to study . After in-depth interviews with Taiwan Islamic associations, tourism companies, officials and scholars, they can give a lot of valuable practice, experience. According to the various aspects of the business model, understand Muslim are more rigorous to the reception requirements and the needs that the Muslim travellers must meet, and bring in the unique religious beliefs and customs of Muslim travellers. They also know that Taiwan is well prepared in all aspects.   The results of the study show that there is still room for strengthening the overall Muslim friendly environment in Taiwan, through counseling by relevant units, mutual cooperation between tourism operators and government strengthening policies, and specific suggestions on how to implement them.   In order to solve the problems faced by the halal tourism environment, this study also explores the Muslims’ ability to deal with the Halal norms and the inability to eat pork and the construction of Muslim environmental issues.Clearer understanding of the relevant norms of Muslim food and provide follow-up research recommendations.
