However, there will always be some unforeseen difficulties in the construction, which will cause the construction to stagnate or even be demolished. Or for some old experienced masters, who have rich planning and design experience to design a nomal case, compared to the inexperienced rookie cannot planning and design. However, the solution, in addition to the experience inheritance, this paper will explore the location of the base station to be suitable for the use of those base stations, or suitable for the base station. This thesis will introduce the current architecture of mobile communication networks. Including the 4G-LTE that everyone knows, the upcoming 5G, various small base stations in service, and common construction difficulties reason. The main purpose of this thesis is to use the Fuzzy theory to bring into consideration the various in the construction of the base station in the work. When discussing the difficulty of base construction and need to improve or reinforce, let the colleagues of the design base station immediately make judgments or use as reference data.
