Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 107 === This paper proposes a portable resistance measure instrument for a user to measure the relay coil impedance and the contact impedance to determine the soundness of the relay. The measuring target will be the signal relay and the counting module installed in Siemens Signaling System. The outline of this system is designed in portable aluminum case for the user to carry while moving. In addition to the relay and counting module connection base on the system panel, a capacitance-type touch screen is also provided for using as the Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Through the pictures shown on the screen, the user can adjust the excitation voltage value and measuring count in order to learn the minimum excitation voltage of such relay. The measured switching completion time as well as the impedance of the coil and the contact switch will be displayed on the screen. This system has a default scope value. If the coil or the contact exceeds such scope, then such value will show red as a damage warning message. In the meantime, it also allows the user to save the measuring result on the flash disc provided along with the device to facilitate the database logging for such relay in the future in order to analyze the damage speed of relay at such position. This system also allows the user to accurately measure the relay damage extent for reducing replacement cost and repair time.
