The measurement of physiological signals can establish an objective judgment of the patient's current mood. It is used to investigate the diagnosis status of patients during the diagnosis process. From a long-term perspective, future diagnosis will be more and more long-distance diagnosis and treatment methods, which will be more and more uncertain factors. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the current emotional state of the patient and whether it is suitable for receiving telemedicine. This thesis mainly discusses the PPG reaction state of human under various stimuli and obtains the PPG signal under different environmental stimuli. When we obtain the PPG signal, we send the TCP/IP to the server through the ESP8266 wireless sensor to perform the time domain-frequency domain analysis. The experiment is carried out under different stimuli in the same environment. By different environments for stimulating, the PPG signal response of the subject can be examined. The stimulation and non-stimulation are also discussed. The experimental results are obtained by short-time Fourier transform (STFT) analysis. The supervised learning algorithm is used for classification and prediction. The experimental results show that under different stimuli, there is a direct impact on the psychology of the subjects.
