Sensing section: During the electroplating process, the shunt is mounted on the object to planted, then differential amplifier(AD626) is used to amplify the voltage drop signal on the shunt. Transmission section: NodeMCU(ESP8266) is the main core, after connecting to the wireless network, it will analyze and process the output signal of the differential amplifier, and transmitted to the server by MQTT transmission. Server section: Using Visual Studio developed by Microsoft as the server, the functions of the server are: confirming whether the device returns the value correctly, controlling the ESP8266 switch and for the user to operate and watch. Database section: Using SQL Server to store the current value returned by the device, and provide users with a review of the overall working condition, it can improve the yield of the equipment.
