Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 107 === The main purpose of this study is to design a point drop Detective test installation model, the Light-emitting diode(LED) and photo resistor of the electrical circuit. LED light source through Solidworks 3D Drawing software draw structure and the use of TracePro Optical software Import the relative parts and set the parameters of the light line trace model simulations. Compare the effect of more than 4 kinds of light sources. Print the model with 3D and print out all the components and assemble the assembly for testing. Finally, optimize the lens with Light Tools optical software, and compare and analyze the data before and after optimization.
This study requires the use of a dot detector to detect the titration chamber of the drip kit. The light of the light-emitting diode passes through the titration chamber with or without drip chamber. Then receives the light by the photo resistor. In order to make the light of the LED light source more concentrated, pass through the liquid titration chamber to the receiving surface of the photo resistor. The lens is optimized and this verification is achieved via the TracePro optical software.
