A large number of applications have been performed in people's lives, such as Apple Homekit, Samsung Smart Things, Xiaomi Mi Smart Home kits, Shin Kong Security's wireless security system and so on. In this paper, the safety monitoring of general families and enterprises will be taken as the centerpiece by analyzing those similar products on the market to design a prototype system of security monitoring for patrol robot which can be more close to people's habits and more convenient to use. Let users can connect directly to intelligent robots via a mobile App to keep them move around and patrol in a set area, and they can perform a real-time image watching through the cameras and receive the APP's prompt or notification. In addition, it let the user can perform remote control a door Lock/Unlock or other equipment in the Internet of Things through the voice, and it may let the Internet of Things technology and the Security be closely integrated.
