For the enterprises, high rates of employees’ turnover will cause considerable loss, especially for those high-tech industries whose professional talents are difficult to cultivate. This study focuses on employees of high-tech industries, and takes their turnover intention as the dependent variable. This study also takes employees’ work motivation and motivation system of enterprises as in-dependent variables and aims to explore the relationship between motivation system of enterprises, employees’ turnover intention and work motivation. At the same time, this study assumes that when face employees with dif-ferent work motivation, the corresponding motivation system will effec-tively reduce the rates of employees’ turnover and the cost burden of en-terprises. The results show that when employees real feel the motivation system given by the enterprises, their turnover intention will actually reduce. This study also finds lower turnover intention is not necessarily due to well-established motivation system, they may have chosen the job in pursuit of inner satisfaction.
