Four components of the Balanced Scorecard is used to construct a system for performance evaluation of drug supply chain management. Firstly, based on the balanced scorecard, the measurement indicators are divided into two levels. The first level is mainly based on the four major aspects of the balanced scorecard, namely “Financial structure”, “Customer structure”, “Internal Process structure” and “Learning and Growth structure ”. Through literature survey, the subjects of study were divided into the supply chain partners of the pharmaceutical industry and the partners of the Sinphar pharmaceutical industry supply chain as the first questionnaire. After factor analysis, the first level are subdivided into four structures: (1) Financial structure is divided into financial performance and financial control ability. (2) Customer structure is divided into product satisfaction and customer satisfaction (3) Internal process structure is divided into operational performance and customer management (4) Learning and growth structure are divided into supplier compatibility and employee training performance. These factors are used to establish a set of performance measures for pharmaceutical companies in Taiwan. Next, the senior managers of Sinphar Pharmaceutical industry are selected as the subjects of the second expert questionnaire. Then, the weights of each factors are analyzed by the hierarchical analysis method. Finally, the strategic map of Sinphar Pharmaceutical industry is constructed for the reference for pharmaceutical industry.
