Some flight attendants would even conceive the inclination to resign oftentimes due to job stress, not to mention the rise of labor consciousness consisting of the truth that flight attendants in airlines also perceive the importance of labor rights, which results in job satisfaction in recent differs greatly from the past. This study aims to investigate the association of job stress and job satisfaction for flight attendants for comprehending the situation of flight attendants’ job stress and job satisfaction in nowadays. After sending out 350 questionnaires were distributed to flight attendants in China Airlines who were chosen at random. 335 copies were recycled, the response rate was 95.7%.By using questionnaires, this study analyzed the collected data through descriptive analysis T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The results of the study: (1) The personality traits have the highest average value of "rigority". The response of the flight attendants requires complete preparation, rigorous training, and high self-demand. (2) Part of the work pressure, the most stressful is the "work environment", which reflects the uncertainties in flight safety and the formation of psychological burdens. It is the main source of work pressure for flight attendants. (3) The job satisfaction component has the lowest average value for “future development”, indicating that the flight attendants are not satisfied with the promotion opportunities and the future development of the work. Research suggestion: (1) From the characteristics of the personality traits of the flight attendants, it is found that the work of the flight attendants requires complete preparation, rigorous training, and high self-request. It is recommended that the company should emphasize the need for the flight attendants and training in the future. Practitioners with strict characteristics. (2) Effectively improve the working environment of the flight attendants, in order to improve the work pressure generated by the flight attendants on the work environment, and thus improve work efficiency. (3) To improve the promotion opportunities of flight attendants and effectively manage the workload, in order to improve the service satisfaction of flight attendants for future development.
