Government of the Republic of China on May 18, 2005Established "Building a Community Care Base Implementation Plan", provide primary prevention care services at the local level. The impact of community care base activities on the physical and mental health of the elderly, is important and worthy of attention. The main purpose of this study, it is to explore the impact of community care base activities on the physical and mental health of the elderly, understand the participation of senior citizens in community care sites, influence on physical activity perception,interpersonal relationship, and happiness. This study is based on the community care base of Nantou City, Nantou County, senior citizens over 65 years old, total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 387 valid questionnaires were issued.According to the research results:(1)After participating in the event, significant progress in body balance perception；(2)Older people can hold an optimistic mood；(3)Get along well with your friends, interpersonal interaction.
This study suggests (1) To advanced age:Will maintain the optimistic mood regarding future, And participates in the community showing loving care for the foothold activity enthusiastically; (2)Shows loving care for the foothold to the community:Impetus community ever green will labor participation,Also suitable adjustment service function and subsidy application; (3)To futurology and governmental agency:Calls together the masculine participation,May make the disparity in age level to conduct the research;Also the community shows loving care for the foothold all to be able to counsel reforming is appropriately the C level unit (lane makes long according to stands).
